Our position
Arbiter Wellness exists to reduce ambiguity in wellness decision-making. Too many recommendations are based on averages, assumptions, or single-point metrics that fail to capture an individual’s actual lean mass, metabolic rate, or training physiology. We start with gold-standard measurement and build recommendations from that foundation.
The name “Arbiter” reflects the role we play: an impartial judge of the data. We do not sell a preferred method or a branded protocol. We connect objective measurements—DEXA, indirect calorimetry, lactate threshold, and supporting metrics— and translate the resulting picture into clear guidance on training, nutrition, and recovery.

What we do not do
We do not publish pricing, packages, or membership tiers. The sole pathway for new clients is direct email inquiry. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions; when screening identifies potential concerns such as obstructive sleep apnea risk, we recommend formal medical evaluation. We do not claim that any single intervention is sufficient in isolation.

Resistance-training programs are delivered through partnerships with local gyms. Clients execute progressive, data-informed programming in practical training environments while Arbiter Wellness retains responsibility for interpretation and program design.

Arbiter Wellness serves clients in the Nashotah / Waukesha County area of Wisconsin and works with partners in the broader region. Baseline assessments and ongoing guidance are coordinated to fit the practical realities of clients’ schedules and locations.
